Working from unorganized notes, so bear with me.....

When/if TX deal happens, it'll take them a few MINUTES to get NASD approval then a release will go out and also an e-mail to those on their e-mail list. Trading could be halted.

Acqusitions: Another one by year end. Have three candidates all meeting these criteria: Will be profitable, will have positive cash flow, will retain its management and will be domestic.

Management has only sold about 100K shares total in last 18 years.

Some longtime shareholders were there, have held thru thick and thin (mostly thin until recently). Smiling now.

Solids to liquids could be bigger in RNTK's future than GTL.

RNTK's F-T reactors will go thru significant research/improvements with TX (if signing happens). RNTK has proven/patented/proprietary technology (but not fully optimized for all production variables).

My comment: This is a BIG and worldwide opportunity.

Facts: TX has 20% or so of the worldwide gasifier market. GTL will be more important every year. 2+2+2+2+2+.......

I think the fact that TX let them issue that release today was VERY SIGNIFICANT. So significant I can't imagine TX letting RNTK say another word until the ink's dry.

This is not a criticism of TX's demeanor or business practices......I think it's a carryover from when they had an unfortunate experience in the past.....read Penn----.

Many more little things.....nothing bad. Only dissident was a fellow who said they didn't return his phone calls. Dennis looked him squarely in the eye and said, "You never called me."

Overall: The deal is not a dollars for licensing thing. Much better for RNTK. Will "work together with TX to advance our technology"...........again....if deal's signed.
