You really must be filled by now if a market order. I was filled with a limit order at ask around that time.

My brokerage co. guarentees fills of market orders, so I would guess that they will have to fill it. That's what drives the market. If they don't have enough shares, they need to increase the price to get others to sell. But the problem here is, not many are selling, and when they increase the price, heavy buying follows. It's funny watching them hold it down. It'll be fun watching the end result.
