Kuwaiti Oil Minister says 1.355 million barrels additional cuts. (CNBC)

If oil doesn't rebound by end of July, they may cut further.

m...demand has been increasing all this year.The rate of demand increase has diminished. Eventually there will be an equilibrium. I expect that will occur sometime this winter, probably after january. That is when I would expect to see $17 oil again. By then, with the expected La Nina effect, some of the storage glut should be gone.
