Yes it would. I have talked with Mr. Taylor twice in the last month in a half. He has always been up front with me about what is going on. He would not tell me details of the debenture, but did say that when he gets the money we all will be so shocked as to the investor/partner will be. I do not know what Mr. Hickman is up to though, he was going to keep in touch, but he has not. I/we can only wait. I will not sell my shares and my group will not either. We have a very large positions in this stock(insofar as a penny stock would go). It will happen IMO.
