You are right on the spot there with ARET/TOMAHAWK - we must remember that as ARET shareholders we do not really own Tomahawk - Delmar does. As per mar 31. - Hmm... Now what do you think should be the impact on the consolidated balance sheet. Or are Delmars ownership of the 51% deposited in ARET. What happened to 3/4's of Delmars shares in ARET. Cut from filing: On March 31, 1998 the Company entered into a transaction whereby Delmar Janovec acquired a 51% ownership in Tomahawk Construction, the Construction Subsidiary, in exchange for reduction of obligations owed to the Company. The transaction benefits the Company by allowing Tomahawk to become a minority owned business. This status will allow Tomahawk to compete for new work. The company will continue to own 49% of Tomahawk. You see how hard it is to understand this ? - ---- New question - Who at the company is responsible for putting the news about the 10-Q filing out a week too early. - Major screwup there - Made a lot of confusion out here!!. ---- Regarding the way we talk to each other here on the thread if it cannot be civil it cannot be at all. Forgot one thing this early morning - If you with (BOOB) are talking about Mr. Bob Zumbrunnen, then I have to tell you that he in fact did represent a lot of investors from the thread when he called the company. I would also like to state the fact that he is using his own official name when posting here - and that he is very open to any question from anybody. His e-mail and homepage is there for everyone to look into. I never saw him post an angry or hot-headed message unless strongly provoked to do so.
