I found the following piece of information about SEBL and the potential of the SFA market in general.

Siebel Systems stock added 7/8 to 30 1/8 after BancAmerica Robertson Stephens raised its rating on the maker of sales force automation software to "strong buy" from "buy". Sales force automation software lets sales agents keep track of the various accounts, from initial queries to follow-on sales of related products. In its previous fiscal year, Siebel (SEBL) tripled sales and quadrupled earnings. Eric Upin, analyst at BancAmerica Robertson Stephens projects the market for sales force automation software, which totaled nearly $1 billion in 1996, will expand to $5 billion in 2001.<<

If the SFA market really expands from $1B to $5B by yr 2001,(approx. 40%/yr.) there seems to be significant potential there for a lot of companies. IMO, FSTW will get their fair share assuming they can execute their sales plan as I and a lot of others on this thread expect.
