Seems oversold for a downgrade, is $12 a fair price for PCOP. The downgrade is just a post I read on YAHOO, and I assumed it was from BUY to HOLD...or better?

Jim, I picked up a little bit at $13, too. I should have waited about 10 more minutes and got it for 11 1/2 :-( But down the road, I don't see (and hopefully there is no) much down trend...We only have good news from this company, so far :-) As for MSI, WS seems in favor of this deal, at least in the very beginning. Remember that PCOP shoot up for 6 points in one day... It is amazing that all the gains disappeared when the deal is done! --James
