Anyone...I am kind of surprised by the relatively high, continuous volume, with no movement in either direction lately. Generally speaking, when Ancor doesn't move, or only a 1/16 or so, the volume is way under a 100K.

David,

There are several reasons that I thought HP was Ancor's best chance.

1. I thought HP would probably do the opposite of what Sun did.

2. Until recently, there hadn't been any rumors that Ancor wouldn't get HP.

3. HP has always been very quality conscious. (I have used and owned HP test equipment, and it is VERY well made.) It seemed to me as if they might take the technologically superior route. I realize that this might be a stretch, but it is part of what led me to think that Ancor had their best shot with HP.
