Tom: In the past, we have mailed AR's and Quarterlies to all registered shareholders in the US and Canada and to everyone active on our database. The database is up to 6,660 people, with about 5,000 being active. You're on that list. Meanwhile, in another cost-cutting measure, I'm having the database list "scrubbed" as best I can, although the criteria is difficult to define. As the AR's are going out on July 13, if you haven't received yours by the following week, let me know and I'll make sure it goes off. The quarterlies are going out about the end of next month. (I had tried to mail them together but, given the statutory demands of sending off the AR and the logistical / accounting demands of the quarterly, it wasn't possible.) Greg PS: As an aside, I'm sure that few investors realize the situation concerning the difficulties involved in identifying shareholders. It's a combination of regulatory issues versus privacy ones as well as issues of the time and effort which would be required to manage the full registration of everyone who buys and sells a stock. We can only get the name of shareholders who are registered, and even then, we have to go through a service. If you buy through a broker, you may not end up on the registered list. In Canada, it's even tougher, because it is easier for an investor to hide behind a street name. Generally, the best lists are made up of the institutional investors, most of who regularly reveal their holdings. Looked at in a cynical light, I know that many of the people who contact me are not fully truthful about their holdings. I'm sure that is true across SI as well. For what it's worth. Greg
