There is a difference between filing a registration and actually selling. None of these shares have been sold. If an insider is transferring ownership they have to file before the transfer can take place. The transfer of ownership is not a sale, but does require that a filing take place. The filing is good for 90 days and if you follow this you will see insiders filing and then no selling actually taking place. Make sure you know the difference.

My guess is that those shares were sold for $$$ to keep the cash flow going for expenses to keep the co going for a while. Dr Drees told me that they would never sell any shares for personal profit..but i can always ask the question.
