Insider buys: Elizabeth Talbett acting CEO bought 3000 shares at 2 3/4, the CFO bought 1000 shares at 2 5/8. Both happened about a week ago, according to the Form 4's that they filed with the SEC. One thing they haven't filed with the SEC, though, is a proxy for an annual meeting. Probably this has to do with their chaos on the board: <<Don Brounstein, Director and the former President and Chief Executive Officer of HumaScan, has resigned from the Board of Directors for personal reasons>>
