Here is quote from an interview with Jeffrey Henley, CFO of Oracle in Investor's Business Daily. "IBD: How will the company's latest core database software, Oracle8, help earnings in fiscal '99? Henley: I think it's really going to help us more and more. It's been out now for a year. Historically, it's in the second year that you really get the value from a new release of a database. It's such a complicated piece of software. It takes a year for your customer base to upgrade to it. We think Oracle8 will make a bigger difference with each passing quarter. It will give us a much bigger opportunity this year." So, maybe the next few quarters will tell us how well Oracle8 and, consequently, IDX products and services will sell. Rick
