Tektronix' video biz slips from the year-ago quarter. Weakness in the broadcast market?????? <<Though product streamlining improved gross margins in Tektronix's video and networking business, general weakness in the broadcast market and declines in the network-displays business drove revenue down to $107 million from $122 million in the year-ago quarter. For the fourth quarter, revenue for the company's measurement division grew to $247 million from $233 million for the 1997 quarter.
