Mr. GM,

I will be the first to admit I do not have all the information. I am relying on sources which have proven more reliable than Panther's. I assume that you think I am one of your (former) directors, as Mr. VanHoucken is the only (former) associate of Panther from Holland . Your reference to him makes me want to get in touch with him that much more as your comment leads me to believe he is hostile toward you. For all of you on this thread, Mr. VanHoucken's leaving the company has still not been confirmed, as no one has been able to contact him, but Mr. Muir's lack of denial makes a powerful statement and I invite him to confirm or deny.

It is interesting that everyone I have been able to contact is neutral (will say nothing) or is negative about the company. Again it should be said that Panther has had to pay for all the "positive" reviews they have received, except possibly one, and I bet they are unhappy they gave any review.

I do not recall saying anything about Mr. Muir or Ms. Perfect actually selling stock? Hmm, why be defensive about something I said nothing about?

Mr. Muir, if the payment is down there, great, why not announce it? Why not tell people how much is being accomplished at the site? You are verifying my information by giving me dancing lessions.

For any of you out there that find my information to be incorrect, please let me know, as I will retract and apologize, if it is appropriate.

Jim
