Hi Quest, Cautious Yes, but you don't necessarily have to sideline it.

You really must just understand the current conditions, and use the information to your advantage. Find stocks in the sectors that have pulled back nicely and that still have a positive RS in X's , trending above the BSL.

Just got back from Europe 2 hours ago, so I'll look at those stocks a little later... I,m seeing X'and O's and not very straight in general.

Hi Q,
When the NYSE BP is in O's you want to be cautious with what you purchase or defensive with what you own. You can buy, just make sure that the stocks you purchase are technically sound.

For instance, a lot of sectors are in areas where they have bottomed out before and you could look in these sectors for purchases.

MAST did break the BRL which is good. Also higher bottoms and two double top buy signals. Daily and weekly momentum positive with monthly turning positive at 28.25. Nice to buy on a pullback at 22. Stop of 16.5

SYNT is looking good. RS in O's but getting stronger. Momentums positive. Just broke triple top. Stop of 21, triple bottom break.

Take care,
