The 10 day @ $1.00 level, does that need to run consecutive and is it averaged out? If it is averaged out it could trade under dollar level and still make it. Does anyone know how it is done exactly?
If it has to maintain the dollar level for 10 days isn't it already to late to achieve by June 30 ??

>>Is that not consider stock price manipulation?

a very good question but we do not believe that would be considered price manipulation pursuant to State or Federal Securities Acts of 1934,5, etc....Given(assuming?) SWEBF is undervalued, SWEBF insiders would merely be exercising their right to purchase shares on the open market and also specifically pursuant to SWEBFs [early 1998] press release specifically stating SoftQuad may engage in a share buyback...however, one could also argue/take the position that this situation is the ultimate test of corporate governance/ethics/moral integrity?.. putting it another way...if you termed this stock price manipulation then a reverse stock-split should be a felony and unequivocal stock price manipulation....given this [open-market purchases] was not the strategy SWEBF took management has [arguably] confirmed their [unequivocal] corporate integrity? in their belief shareholder value the old-fashioned way will ultimately prevail over any short-term 'fixes'...?
