Yes I do. But in the times < if it is future prophecy>, then I have a difficult time with several verses.
Mainly verses such as 38 v. 4 when horses and swords are spoken of. That is not "modern warfare" and also other verses that speak of burning weapons for fuel. IF you tryed to burn modern day weapons you would not get much. And what about the verse with war clubs, arrows, bows and shields? That speaks of warfare then not now. Unless it is at some future time when all modern warfare has been wiped from the face of the earth and we go back to the bible age. Do you think that?

DLL, what is interesting, just a quick aside, is that all those who don't take the Bible literally and have their own ideas scare me.
It is around them the backsliding begins, the same as it begins around the crazy fanatics who use the Bible to control the minds of sweet people who simply love God.

It is ONLY in taking everyword of the Bible seriously and literally that ANY of it makes sense to me. When I partitioned it around and took this and that I had questions. When I started reading and believing it because God told me to do that, the infinite wisdom no the matters started opening up.

We could say that taking the Bible quite literally is the only way to fellowship with the Holy Spirit, perhaps? After al,l it does take a rather against the world stand in the first place to even find the Holy Spirit. Crawling through a minefield of antichrist minds for many, many years usually.

Just thoughts.
