I have not checked RNTK's policy specifically in this regard, so you are likely correct; I was making a general statement. Regardless, in a case where such an obvious forward looking statement is made it would clearly be important to file an 8-K.

In any event, the press release and its contents is the important thing here (if anything...) and not the fact that an 8-K was filed, IMO.
