RBM, I'm not trying to be rude. When an insider wants to transfer ownership to someone else to pay them for goods and services or whatever and they want to do that with stock they must file to transfer this ownership. You them have to find out if the new owner is also an insider, which in this case they are. Then you have to determine if the new owner can sell or if they are restricted from selling. This makes all the difference in the world. Sorry, my post may have sounded a little snippy. Gwolf
