macker: since you asked:BRING IT ON, AND GET ALL YOUR FRIENDS FROM DGIV AND EVERY OTHER THREAD AS WELL, INCLUDING A10. SOMEONE PLEASE CUT AND PASTE THIS TO DGIV AND INFE THREADS FOR ME AS WELL. BRING EM ALL IN. MTEI from 5 cents to $1.70 in about 3 weeks. Over 10,500 posts were made in a little over 30 days, all based upon a highly suspicious valuation of $2.85 a share. Lets first look at a comparable purchase made by the Arch Coal Company. "In November 1997, the Company acquired approximately 23 million tons of low-sulfur coal reserves adjacent to the Hobet 21Complex for $6 million." exchange2000.com At the time this was posted, MTEI was only claiming 2000 acres with 10 million tons of coal. At this time (as it does still), the coal reserves constituted the vast majority of the claimed asset base. By standard appraisal practices (check the ASA), it is likely that the fair market value of MTEI's coal reserves would be approximately $2.0-2.5 million. Not $200 million resulting in $2.85 a share Also posted here and ignored:exchange2000.com At very beginning you were extremely positive about this stock. On May 18i know of at least 1/2 million shares already to be bough at the bell tomorrow. the 4 dollar figure was given to me direct form gort. dont follow my lead however, everybody needs to be comfortable with their own decisions. macker exchange2000.com andi got my info from a mountain energy source, and they are confirming the same info as gort. macker exchange2000.com Here on May 19: i do want to clarify something else as well, i did not say the stock will go to 4 bucks, what i did say was that the book value was 4 bucks, thats what i was told anyway. im getting pm's asking why i think the stock will go to 4. macker exchange2000.com And here: mountain ceo said that the book value is easily 4-7 bucks they are going to buy other fields as well they are going to start getting into electricity as well half billion dollar company within 1-2 years, 1 billion within 3 years. macker, will post more soon exchange2000.com And here on May 20:this is just the tip of the iceberg, they have several hundred thousand of other acreage that is not in the current valuation of 2 million in assets , also they are in the process of adding electricity to their available assets. this company is also in the process of acquiring other assets. i have been told that they will be a half billion dollar company within 3-6 months, and a billion dollar company within 3-5 years. macker exchange2000.com Several hundred thousand acres in the kitty? When will it be officially disclosed? Oops, the $2 million valuation was a typo wasn't it? (It must be a coincidence that your typo is very close to what the bashers are saying the true value of the company to be.) And here on May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exchange2000.com Very bullish indeed. In my humble opinion, I see three possibilities: 1.You are a financial neophyte who knows little about proper accounting and appraisal practices. I say that because if you accurately reported statements made by Mr. Uselton, Mr. Gort and/or other representatives of MTEI, you did not know enough to question why their estimate is contridicted by market comparable sales by a factor of a 100. Or... 2. Mr. Uselton did not say anything about the book value of the stock and you yourself computed numbers which are wrong due to your unfamiliarity with those proper accounting definitions and appraisal practices and insufficient research. Or.. 3. This is classic pump and dump. Forgeting completely the chasm which exists between comparable sales and the claimed MTEI valuation, the volume of posts in such a short span of time (perhaps an SI record) and the price rise alone leads to that suspicion. My question is, are there other explanations to consider? ww
