Jim, Was this a "false alarm"? I sure cannot know, but as far as a downgrade on the stock I checked with my broker looking at Bloomberg, Reuters and Dow Jones and he found no downgrades or negatives anywhere. So at this point all I can tell is that today's trading was not based on facts. I hope this is clarified in short order, because the stock's about 1/2 what it was at around the time the MSI merger was announced. Regards, Dave
