David, I agree with all your comments . But lets not assume that Dial will all of a sudden be caught in suspended animation. Digital, AKA Compaq is now dealing with dialogic re. client server telecom- this is mickey mouse now but given these players and predictions about CST or unpbx , DLGC is positioned to take off - they just have to make ends meet for now anyways .I don't think dial will become a commodity player in the future- if worse comes to worse, their brains will depart before that happens and the company will become a legend in pretty short order.
