Mike:
You've got me laughing. M.I. with horns instead of claws. (G)
I wouldn't do that to an enemy, never mind a friend (i.e. push you into the MU bull's camp), and I'm aware of your standing in the Vaderian legion. (g)
Good comments. I agree with your point of view that their preference would be to spend all but "cosmetic dough" in Boise, but a few past TXN "commitments" may prove difficult to end run (Can't you just hear the discussion with the Italian government representatives when they start hinting at a need to pull down the blinds and nail up the plywood window coverings.?). I also think the Boise invoice will be steep.
How do we get Appleton aboard some of our Canadian gold plays,....he's a natural. (g)

Best, Earlie

mike, just a little context here. IF dram turns soon ( i ABSOLUTELY DON'T EXPECT IT TO TURN, ALTHOUGH IT COULD POP A LITTLE AND/OR REMAIN FLAT FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME - JUST DON'T WANT TO BE WISHY WASHY LIKE SOME ;-) them mu is carrying billions and billions in debt going into the next up cycle (WHICH IS, IN ACTUALITY, A LONG WAY AWAY). their financial condition gets much worse and much worse with each new cycle - EVEN AFTER THE BOOM BOOM BOOM TIMES ARE INCLUDED.

this company is dead. whether 18 months or 48 months, this company is dead.

btw, you have the view of a bear. conserve cash. i think the boise bandits really believe dram will turn just like the dolts probably believed korea was out of inventory when pricing was nearly triple today's prices. there is equal odds these nimwits go out and spend the money to produce more capacity. seriously.

the turn WILL NOT come until EVERYONE is VERY PESSIMISTIC about dram. that is ABSOLUTELY NOT REFLECTED IN A $20 micron stock price.

mu must fall before the market turns. i've said this a zillion times. otherwise everyone is optimistic about dram turning, they prepare as though it will turn and then they all GUARANTEE IT WON'T TUEN!

good luck.
