So Cliff, how are they buying these properties? What cash do they have? What cashflow?

Last they announced, they only had some leases on some land in WV worth maybe $3M-$4M. Where are all theses asset springing from?

The issuance of shares for property? Wouldn't that be some sweet dilution. Or are they going to pump the float?
