Really depends on how much "help" you wish to have or whether you are looking for inexpensive "trips" vs. good fills.

Carl is inexpensive but I have heard they can be difficult to work with.

LLG I have heard is excellent but a bit more expensive.

I was approached by a Smith Barney fellow who got my name from the CME; I would imagine he would be good if I needed advice.

McDonald and Plaza are excellent with respect to fills but the minimum cash requirements will exclude most clients.

Personally I use Man.
