Re: >"This was the position of Del Yocam at Apple and I don't think he has evolved beyond that. Borl would have been better off without him as CEO. I think its time that the board of INPR think seriously about replacing Del with a more competent CEO. He is an overpaid underachiever."<

He lead a well known company (Borland) to obscurity (Inprise) and himself as well. His last statement on BORL thread was "I'll answer only on INPR thread from now on" back a few months ago. Now he's disappeared to obscurity. Not only did he piss off the street with a surprise buyout but he had the gall to announce he's doing it again the first chance he get -no doubt soon as the shares show some progress. Waiting in the wings to snatch the life out of the faithful investors if they should be foolish enough to enter for a second time.

Del is a competent CEO and certainly we would not be better off without him...

I wish there was an alternative to expansion without printing shares but.

With respect to the share price we are either at the bottom or very close to it. At $7 the company capitalises at $350m, $100m (almost) in cash/short term assets...must be close to book value.

There is more upside (say 50% to $10.50) than downside (say 5% to $6.75 - although Ghassan concedes 6.625) at this price. Certainly if it falls below 7 everyone on this thread should load up!! go INPR!
