Peter:

I for one, has not sold any of my SEPR shares either (at least not yet), and I totally agree with your analysis that the fundementals of SEPR look very promising 4-5 years from now. Nevertheless, I personally think that it is very wise for any investor to stop for a second and ask himself/herself the devil's advocate question: What if for whatever reason, the FDA disapproves or even delays it's decision on Levalbuterol, which seems to be the ace for SEPR in terms of immediate earnings. This would mean that future earnings would also have to be delayed and/or revised downward as well. As you and I know that WallStreet does not look very favorably at these situations and would most likely tank the stock. At that time, it would be too late to bail out because of a change in the the fundementals !!!

As for the on-going rumors/news on the list of companies I had mentioned in my previous message, if the recent coverage by Bear Stearns, SmartMoney Online Article and the recent strength in the Nasdaq are not good enough to give the price of SEPR a good lift (at least a little bit more than a 1/4 pt move), then I am not sure what will short of news on Leval. ???

I guess this is the nature of WallStreet and the StockMarket. WE are all here to make the right bets and try to reap the benefits before it gets too late. Wouldn't you agree ???

Good Luck.
