We still have a ways to go. Because of the past history many/most people will not believe these numbers. It probably will take a series of payments from the refiner before GPGI is believed. Tomorrow may not see a jump in the price and we may have to wait until one or more checks are received - but then it may have a large gap up. GPGI does appear to be on the right path now. The addition of Skinner was the first step.
