Dick:

While this is only my opinion, EPS of 10.85› or better for 1997 will have little
impact on the stock's price, while a lower number will precipitate more selling and a lower stock price. Reason: we are now six months into 1998. The real question is,
"How is the company performing now?"

You are wrong to assume that 10.85› earnings released as an audited figure would not get this stock up to over 50› again, and if they show earnings of 5›-8› for the first half of the year I would expect to see close to $1.

Dick....You said if Famh reports EPS of .1085 it will have no effect on the stock price. I disagree. This will lend tremendous credibility to this company and restore shareholder confidence in the direction of this company. A profitable BB stock is a rare find as Dave has stated tonight and if credibility of management's statements is restored, then, so will the stock price. Valuing stocks is a matter of perception. As LE pointed out, a BB can be profitable and the stock price can languish. A losing company sometimes command a higher price. Why? Perception. Arif has stated on numerous occasions that EPS will be better than .1085. If the present audit bears this out, Arif will be perceived as trustworthy and legitimate and worthy of our dollars. If the new audit tells a different story, then Arif will be perceived just like Ira and this entire management will never be trusted again. Q'1 earnings should be interesting. No Myriad yet, but, a whole bunch of new shares. If they show a profit for this quarter, I think we're on our way. If Arif retires some shares, more fuel. Any mention of a reverse at this point kills everything. If only these CC's would address our questions? What better way to build faith and trust. These veiled attempts at explaining the situation are not cutting it. Give us direct answers. Oh well, financials in August now. Famh's such a tease!
