B.C real estate is down as is the VSe from what i was told the cause of said was Asians returning money to Asia. You had the Pan American games there but in the case of the Island and Vancouver Proper prices have retreated. I recently spoke to a friend of mine who family holds quite a bit of real estate there. Currency problems in Asia they claimed had contributed to juniors and property prices declining.. When were you in B.C? Up Island has also diminished in value .
