much more interested in a company that can deliver even earnings growth with no surprises. EQNX had been
one of those stocks until now. >>

Ron: EQNX also gave a nasty surprise to shareholders back in December 96. The drop back then was from about 7 3/4 to 5 1/2 (split adjusted). Interesting fact: EQNX had a higher PE then at 5 1/2 than it does now. The drop this time has been 50%, compared with a 28% drop last time. We're sitting on 3 bucks/share in cash. EQNX has shown it can have a quarter or two of flat earnings, but the year-over-year comps look great. No debt, all that cash, hmmm ....

A PE of 10 seems low in this interest rate environment. EQNX is currently being valued like a utility or commodity disk-drive maker, or worse.

This thing should be at 10 or 11, and I think it will be after said dust settles. Funds have a little windowdressing to do for this qtr yet, yes? I would wait a little.
