Well, why don't you call investor relations and tell them what you feel?
I, for one, agree with SOME of what you say. However, this company JUST started earning cash...they are better off staffing up and making improvements where they need to be made. The stock is secondary to running a good business...never forget that. Stocks appreciate when good businesses prove how good they are. TSIS is just starting to do that.

Financials..

General comment. Most business DO NOT have interim financials audited. The cost would be $50K and up. No real reason to have quarterly statements if accounting systems and proceedures are sound.

It's pretty clear to me, Breezy, that you elect to listen to some things and not to others.

As has been pointed out to you on more than one occasion, TSIS does have an auditor and they have used them.

And you have been told that TSIS elects to announce their financials to shareholders and to other interested persons by FAX. There is no requirement that they put their financials on BusinessWire as they are not (yet) a reporting company.

You should not rely upon the so-called "leaders on this board" to do anything on your behalf or to carry any messages for you to management. If you have a question, pick up the phone and ask the company, but don't just lurk here like a dog in the manger kvetching about things ... real or imaginary ... that you happen to not like.

I am posting this not so much for your sake, because you haven't
listened when others have told you.

Rather I am posting this in case a newbie or lurker come across your litany of complaints and think that they were unanswered.

Do your own Due Diligence!

Breeze1

Sorry if I offended you with my faith in this company. If you are looking for a daytrading stock you should look elsewhere, however if you are looking for a company to make huge steps in its young history, stay here and count your money. I have talked to the company and have faith in its management. I do not expect things overnight, but because of the major players this company has signed and will continue to sign I believe the shareholders that have that faith will be rewarded.

This is the most solid OTC stock you will ever encounter in my IMHO. Good day.

Breeze,

If you have questions, call them yourself. But I guess that will not be warranted as you stated <I cannot wait for their response....>, I am assuming you have either sold and moved on and no longer care or you simply are not visitng this thread any more.
Either way is fine with me, but doing your own DD would be my suggestion.

I sure feel out of things without constant access to a computer. But I am back for the moment.

Breeze, I am sorry you feel we are all hyping the stock that we got so cheap. As I have said before, I have been in this stock for more than 3 years and started at the extremely high price of almost $7 on a split adjusted basis (there was a reverse split at the end of 1996). My average price is now around $.52 after lots of averaging down. And, yes, I do keep buying more when I get some extra cash. I have a very significant position and am not selling any until I see at least a quadruple (which I anticipate sometime within the year). I have no idea what it will take to move this stock since good news does not seem to do it. I cannot help but believe it is market makers and/or shorters since the list of clients is unbelievable, they are finally in a profitable position and growing stronger with each successive quarter, and they have many deals in the pipeline. I have no idea what the p/e should be on a company like this ... all I know is that I believe it is undervalued, not necessarily on current earnings, but on future potential earnings. If GTE alone can double the revenues, thing what can happen with more companies coming on line. And most important, GTE is not yet incorporated into the earnings.

Breeze, I agree with you that it is frustrating to watch other stocks go and this one seemingly do nothing, but this one will eventually move. No one can answer "when" ... not even with my crystal ball. All I can do is tell you what I believe. I believe, very strongly, that this company is going places and that once it starts to move, it will continue to do so. If you haven't the patience, you should sell ... or at least, sell most. I am sorry that you feel we are all hyping. There is nothing here to hype. The company speaks for itself. However, I feel you areonly spiting yourself by not calling the company and getting information direct ... like Skip, Fran, R. Gates, John Baker, Gavlick, etc. do.

Whatever you do, I wish you the best of luck. Hope you are along for the ride when we finally take off!
