Company subsidiary Navtech, a maker of printed circuit boards and wiring harnesses used in the gaming and medical industries, has ceased operations after the bank refused to extend its credit. Its plans to build the largest casino in Colorado through its majority-owned subsidiary Country World casinos have been delayed by Country World Casinos' bankruptcy, from which it has emerged.
