I sure would love to see this thread return to research results on NAMX activities, etc. We are here to help each other!! While a lot of negative issues still surround this company, I think things are generally moving in the right direction. Let's all get back on track and find out any new information that is possible to obtain. Thanks.

The suit was dismissed on a technicality, not because it had no merit. No Bob. Even if it was dismissed on a technicality, it was based on LESS than a technicality. James

The suit was dismissed on a technicality WRONG. The suit was dismissed because it had no merit. Simply speaking, the charges against Alice were not true. The Judge does not cite case law after case law simply based upon technicalities. The case against Alice Bryant and myself was not true and the judge ruled accordingly. I only believed I had a good investment and posted accordingly. We all know what you posted. Most of it was filled with BS hype. Frivolous share valuations, technical analysis bullcrap, and continous lies. Shame on you. lead the charge to bash this company . I lead the charge to prove Ebeling was a liar, a charge NAMX has proven to itself... Paul Ebeling hyping the stock on the first NAMX thread that was deleted. Ebeling had numerous different internet monikers on the TEIM thread, William Bowden, Robin Spataros, etc.etc..I apologized for making the assumption that you were indeed Paul Ebeling. An honest mistake on my part. What ever happened to Ngo Elizabeth? and now you want me to apologize to YOU!! WRONG. I don't want an apology from you. If you gave it, I certainly wouldn't accept it.
