Bob, You say the radical right will slowly leave the Repub party. Why?? Just leave your bibles & intolerances at home when participating in politics. USA has a very diversified population. Our political parties need to include many cultures, religions in their fold. Not everyone in the country is a church going, bible passage quoter. That doesn't mean they're not good people. The character of a person has nothing to do with whether or not they are religious. You can be an honest person, a good parent & a fine productive citizen with or without religion. A bankrupt anti-christian country is not my dream for America. Rather my dream is an America where all citizen respect each other without regard to race, religion or gender. Where we all work together for the good of our children. Where we concentrate on making our schools the best they can be. As an aside to this thought--making sports teams just an extra-curricular activity instead of the main focus of our schools would really help IMO. This last point--improvement of our schools would help in so many other ways: reduction in crime & prejudice, improvement of quality of life in our inner cities, improved personal relationships, etc. etc. Ann
