Jim, I use that strategy.... it works fine. Just be prepared with the funds if it is put to you.

Welcome Jim,

Hey, there is nothing wrong with owning CSCO at a discount if they PUT it to you! You might want to check out the LEAPs. CSCO should top out soon and you could pickup some PUTs yourself to catch the pull back. Otherwise, you could be CCing using the say JAN 65s LEAPs.
