So again I ask when will we see legislation to force shorting mm's on ALL stocks not just listed ones, to report their short positions to the public. I am a trader and sometimes a shorter and it doesn't make a hill of beans difference to me other than I don't like to see "newbies" get burned. Because a company is "trash", does not make an mm selling "air" to an unknowing person by any means just. There should be a public log of all mm inventories and they should be forced to keep a reasonable balance. Hraka
