Im with Kevin regarding bight prospects for MDIN, but prospects or not, the reality of the situation is that the stock price stinks. How can the company expect me not to flip the numerous shares I have when I could be making a fortune in doing so, and they keep issuing millions and millions of shares, thus diluting my share value by the week?

The short story, in light of these millions of new shares, is getting old.

Im with Vince and J., its time for the company to put up or shut up.

We are all getting real tired of this constant gyration between .25 and .40 cents. Someones making money off of the trading, and its not me. Im listening to management tell me to hold my shares and register them. In the meantime, Im losing lots of $, and someone is making lots of $. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm GG

A few more questions for management:

1. How come the 12/17/97 release states that MDIN has the facilities to start production "immediately" and as of today, we are not producing?

2. Who are ALL of the shareholders of record?

3. To the exact number, how many shares are registered now?

4. Do ALL memebers of management have ALL of the shares registered or restricted?

Thanks Kevin. GG

Kevin, looking forward to seeing your responses from the company.
I am not happy with all these shares being issued.

From the April 9 press release:

"Finally, the company will set aside a percentage of revenues from the production of gold on the placer properties with the intent of purchasing back Medinah shares."

How many millions of shares have been issued since April 9?

Is the company intend on driving the stock down to 9 cents again?
Didn't they learn their lesson with NPEC?-looks like some things never change. Hope you get some good explainations for their actions!
