I've noticed many people, including myself, often make it clear that opinions and information is purely speculative, or the famous IMHO, IMO, and other warnings not to base one's financial future on these posts. I wonder if the context of this "chat line" pretty well implies that the information given is always opinion and is never to be taken so seriously that anybody would ever be liable over it? But, then again, consi- dering that many of us are stock "tycoons" with deep pockets, one can't be too careful in this litigious crazy society. JB

Barry --Thanks for your openion--Please give me your opinion on where it will go if it hits resistance at 65 and turns back---62?58?52?---just trying to put my strategy in place incase I decide to move in my 401k and would like to include your input in the pot of considerations.-----Thanks
