This is what you call another happy consumer.

Another Microsoft lawsuit filed
www5.zdnet.com
The suit specifically names Windows 3.1, Windows 95 and Windows NT. Numerous claims in the suit allege that Microsoft failed to fully test Windows, failed to detect all defects, failed to warn purchasers of "all the vices and defeats" associated with the use of Windows, and failed to provide all purchasers with "corrective technical information" free of charge.

This one should be very easy to decide. Just ask the Judge if he uses MS products and how it works for him.:-)

everyone at Microsoft should walk around with Masks of Jim Carrey from Liar Liar - how about some refreshing truths for a while from Microsoft..

"...our products aren't scalable"

"..our products arent reliable"

"...if this was really your business your a guinea pig and may go bankrupt"

"...it wont be fixed in the next release, hell..it may never be fixed, but its good enough!"

"...were a monopoly who are better at driving competitors out of business rather than creating technology but we hide under the phrase - freedom to innovate"
