[The Street perceives NSCP as a loser. Perception IS reality] Only for the short sighted and the dim witted (a category often over represented on The Street) By lifting the restraining order, the recent court decision has in fact paved the way for a massive financial settlement (complete with punitive damages) exceeding the profits generated by sales of Windows 98. Who do you think the primary beneficiaries will be? Netscape has never been more of a bargain. Good Luck Schmedley
