Hi, Jim! I am not sure which additional information you feel the investors should receive. In my opinion, the company news releases have adequately informed the investors on the development of the company.
Sales seem to be on track with 714 air coolers in April and at the time May was expected to surpass April. The Road King OEM contract, in addition to the 40 units per month (which was announced), is also expected to gradually lead to after market sales of some 100 units per month (which was not announced). The Prescott facility is proceeding on schedule.
The above little tidbits were gathered from the Buy Low Sell High forum where analyst Grant Robertson keeps up to date and occasionally speaks with TCT people. He expects earnings of 5 cents cdn after taxes for the 4th quarter, but does not expect that will move the price. According to him, the price should move if and when additional OEM contracts are signed, which become feasible only once the expansion is completed.
You may want to review the TCT thread on the BLSH forum. I realize the above does not represent "facts", but I am not sure what additional facts investors are currently in need of. The company seems to have a solid business development plan and seems to be implementing it.
And, yes, the stock price does not reflect yet the value of the company (that is the type of stock I like to buy).
Cheers.
