I do not know but I can tell you this if you read that news release there is a lot there and this is the beginning. I believe they have been gaining the contoling interest of NSG and NSG Rental before closing then deal.... With the 2.5 M back in the treasury and 6M issued for the acquistion that makes it 6,880,000 issued, 6,400,000 restricted, 480,000 in the free trading float and 200,000 Series "A" Preferred. Love these small floats I am trying to find out if the Preferred is going to start trading .... Seems like they are about to set up a market to me. Oh and I have already talked to Gerald and the major oil compnay that the pilot test was done on the property was ... Exxon. We could very possibly see a deal coming soon. Also the salt dome is when this one is going to step to a whole new level of waste management. I am try to get some specifics on that from a company in Lousianna. I am digging up all my notes on this one I filed away. Like I always said ... if it is not in black and white it is not part of the equation. LOL .. wish that casino had gone into another shell... GB
