No need to question David's motive for posting. If you have tolerated Alex's all-positive postings surely you can also appreciate David's rebuttal. I have not posted a lot , but I have read all the posts on this thread. I have consistently lurked for 2 1/2 years and to be honest with you, it is David's posts that gave me and my associates some kind of balance in viewing this company. I am sure there were a lot like us.. just lurking .. buying and selling MPEG without posting in this thread. David did great service to people who trades this stock. As I said we have gone in and out of MPEG 3 times.. and all of them profitable... thanks to Alex and David. Both of them at least give us the speculative reason to enter and exit. So everyone... give it a rest.. David made this thread credible.. And for the longs who are caught holding the bag..... David did not cause the stock price to go down....... Watch out for floorless convertible debt....You may rationalize that if someone lends the company 2 million..it must still be solid.....How much interest is added on???...when is the conversion. When the lender wants to get paid..all they have to do is convert and sell it... does not matter if MPEG is 30 cents or .03 cents or even 1/64.
