I do not know them personally, nor do I have enough information on them, I do know from some general review, that they are questionable at best as reflected by their other deals. I don't hold much credence to any of these promoters because most of the questionable ones are paid in stock since usually the company has no cash and the more they pump the stock, the more they get for their stock, and what happens after they are out of their stock, they either get more stock or they have l;ost their incentive to continue working, that is the typical MO.

You will rarely ever see a respectable company pay their "public relations" firm (not stock promoters as the negative conontation insinuates) with the stock of the company.

So no one is evading your question, I only deal in facts and when I have more facts on Liberty I will share them with you. But if I bash them, well am I biased again.

I can tell you from the start to me they are guilty by association, just by the mere fact you call them a stock promoter.

Call them and see how much and how they got paid. Chances are it was in stock, which taints them also. It is also a major securities violation to be promoting stock and not disclose how and how much you are being compensated.

In fact, they are now prosecuting these cases criminally. So since I haven't seen any disclosures from Liberty concerning their compensation well then they are breaking the law also.

Recently there were indictments of Sonny Bloch and Jerry Wanger both promoting stocks over the radio.
