PNEC a small CD and entertainment co. about to become a large one.! OTCBB co. that recently raised 5million through private placement to make aquisitionns to grow co. to 100mill by yr end and they have the management to do it.Hearing rumour that next week is the week for a major aquisition anouncement and there is also a rumour of a major newsletter going out to 8500 stock brokers.The float is only 1.5 million and the short is over 1 million shares and there is nothing coming in on the sell side at this level.The shorts have no idea whats coming .THe largest short in the stock is on the bid trying to catch stock , he will pay!!!!!
