PIR, PXD and FGII and the Watch List

Either the net is a lot better than think it is, or something else is going on. Besides the ones I listed above, I have a few of my own buys that I don't post (lets just say they aren't for the risk adverse) that are moving up in advance of my ability to enter. Posting PXD and FGII as limits at yesterday's close was intentional to prevent morning jumps. The orders may still fill today, but I am tweaking the net to see if I can't get one day earlier preindication out of it (not a simple task) with the same safety margins.

Everything on the last watch list (post #10608) is up except for BGEN, which is also interesting since that is the third day in a row that has happened (hey, nobody's that good). I need to reevaluate the market and figure out if we have moved out of the horizontal correction - which seems unlikely given that this is the earnings season where some punishment is expected on a regular basis.

The reason I am concerned is that this seems to be occurring about a week ahead of when I expected it - in line with the PreHoliday effect. If that is what is going on, then next week should have some terribly down days early in the week.

PIR

Filled the gap from yesterday, and bounced off the low of the day. Is it still OK for entry ?

Thanks in advance for your analysis.
