I would have to say yes. Sales were flat, while reducing inventory levels. Flat with respect to "artificially high" sales numbers from last year.

Exactly, but I guess the Street can't verify this, so
they'll just look at the numbers on a superficial
basis.

In a way, that's OK. I'd rather COMS build up slowly,
methodically, and gain respect by tending to their
knitting.
