And yes, you can send PM's during a suspension. I did it while suspended last week.

I know from personal experience that under suspension, one cannot even send PMs on SI. Unless of course that's recently changed. So what did you really mean?

You're right. Or were right. But I think it has changed. I've had a number of PMs from suspended people in the last few days.
