Can someone please explain to me how Naked Shorts ever get resolved. If a MM has created shares which are nonexistent, how do ALL the investors obtain their purchased shares? If they don't, how do the short-changed investors acquire "restitution" in cases where bankruptcy is filed? Simply sending MMs to jail as others have suggested wouldn't satisfy me if I were the injured party. Thanks for any enlightenment on these questions.
